A little about who we are...
Rockin' the Smoke is a professional competition barbecue team based in Gresham, Oregon, headed by Pit Master Corree Schurman. We compete in the Pacific Northwest BBQ Association and Kansas City Barbeque Association circuits, in events throughout the Northwest and in the South.
As a competition barbecue team who also caters, we promise to offer up "Competition Grade" barbecue for your special event! Rockin' the Smoke is focused on providing delicious barbecue, smoked low and slow, with a little flare kicked in! Your smile of satisfaction is what we strive for, and we will do everything we can to meet your expectations. With a variety of offerings to choose from, we're sure you'll be happy working with us.
